For guests who choose an experience: Times are pre-determined to be an ideal length for your experience, but you are welcome to decide what time you begin your charter.

For guests who would like to customize their day: Charter times are fully customizable - you decide when you'd like to start and when you'd like to end.

Charters are designed to be as carefree as can be! Each charter includes the following:

• Captain
• Fuel
• Towels
• Sunscreen
• Refreshments including Dasani water, Perrier sparkling water, Michelob Ultra beer and champagne
• Safety provisions and life jackets for all passengers

Unlike many other chartering and boat rental companies, fuel costs are already factored into the prices you see on our website. 

Gratuity is at your discretion. We suggest a gratuity between 15 to 20 percent of the base cost if you are happy with the quality of our service.

Please feel free to tip your Captain at the end of your charter or you can contact our office to add gratuity to your final bill via credit card.

Each of our vessels are rated for 6 or more passengers, however, due to US Coast Guard regulations, we are able to have up to six passengers on a luxury charter.

Of course! Each boat has a bluetooth stereo system - bring your favorite music and the Captain will help you connect your device.

Restrooms are available on Platinum and Diamond Class charters.

Yes! All ULTRA-YACHT Captains are licensed through the U.S. Coast Guard.

For Eco Luxury and Diamond Class Charters, Catering options are available.

All charters have the option to stop off or end at a waterfront restaurant if you choose. Please check out some our favorite dockside restaurants here, or ask us! 

You are also welcome to bring any additional food you'd like to have onboard with you.

Yes - we love having furry friends aboard!

Please note that we do not carry any dog life jackets but we do recommend that you bring a life jacket for your pup.

ULTRA-YACHT offers luxury experiences that are not outfitted for fishing. 

Yes. Responsible adults are more than welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages onboard. We do ask that you refrain from bringing red wind or any other beverages that could stain the interior of our vessels. 

Weather Cancellation Policy

ULTRA-YACHT would like you to enjoy your day out on the water with us and we will make every effort to provide a pleasurable experience under different weather conditions. ULTRA-YACHT reserves the right to cancel at any time, due to small craft warnings, lightning or other weather conditions that present an unsafe boating environment. ULTRA-YACHT will either reschedule your charter for a different day or gladly refund the full cost of your charter if we cancel a charter for weather conditions.

Personal Cancellation Policy

We understand that from time to time plans change and emergencies come up unexpectedly. As a luxury service provider, we have to reserve and utilize people and resource for your upcoming charter. During non-holiday periods (please see holiday policy below) we will gladly reschedule your charter or refund the cost of your charter up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure at no charge should your decide you wish to cancel or reschedule your charter. Cancellations within 24 hours before scheduled departure will incur a fee of 50% of the charter.

Holiday Cancellation Policy

During holiday periods, our weather cancellation policy remains unchanged, however our personal cancellation policy does change from requiring a 24 hour notice to requiring a 72 hour notice. During holiday periods, we will gladly either reschedule your charter or refund the cost of your charter up to 72 hours before your scheduled departure at no charge should your decide to cancel or reschedule your charter. A cancellation within 48 - 72 hours of departure time will incur a fee of 50% of the charter. A cancellation of less than 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of the full amount of the charter. A holiday period is defined as the three days before and three days after the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
