Weather Cancellation Policy

ULTRA-YACHT would like you to enjoy your day out on the water with us and we will make every effort to provide a pleasurable experience under different weather conditions. ULTRA-YACHT reserves the right to cancel at any time, due to small craft warnings, lightning or other weather conditions that present an unsafe boating environment. ULTRA-YACHT will either reschedule your charter for a different day or gladly refund the full cost of your charter if we cancel due to weather conditions.

Personal Cancellation Policy

We understand that from time to time plans changes and emergencies come up unexpectedly. As a luxury service provider, we have to reserve and utilize people and resources for your upcoming charter. During non-holiday periods (see our holiday policy below) we will gladly either reschedule your charter or refund the cost of your charter up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure at no charge should you decide to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation within 24 hours of departure will incur a fee of 50 percent of the charter cost.

Holiday Cancellation Policy

During Holiday periods, our Weather Cancellation remains unchanged, however our Personal Cancellation Policy changes from requiring a 24 hour notice to requiring 72 hours notice. During Holiday periods, we will gladly either reschedule your charter or refund the cost of your charter up to 72 hours before the scheduled departure at no charge. A cancellation within 48 - 72 hours of departure time will incur a fee of 50% of the charter amount. A cancellation within 48 hours of departure time will incur a cancellation fee of the full amount of the charter. A holiday period is defined as the three days before and after the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.
